What is the payment process for classes on Cloudnixiass?
All class enrollments are processed through our secure online payment system.
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, and net banking.
You must have a valid payment method registered to use our services.
Cloudnixiass will remit payment to teachers within 45 business days following the class completion date.
For classes/courses spanning an extended period, payment may be disbursed in installments, with the schedule to be communicated to the teacher in advance.
Cloudnixiass charges a commission of 15% on student enrollments secured through our platform.
Listing a class is free of charge; commissions apply only to successful student bookings.
Teacher payments are issued via [specify method, e.g., direct deposit/bank transfer]. Teachers are required to provide accurate bank account details for this purpose.
Teacher payments will be processed within 45 business days of the class start date or the student registration date, whichever occurs later.
In the event of a payment processing error, Cloudnixiass will work diligently to rectify the issue. However, Cloudnixiass is not liable for delays in payment processing that are outside of its direct control.
What are the refund policies for teachers and students?
Teacher Cancellation: If a teacher cancels a class/course, Cloudnixiass will offer affected students the following options:
- A full refund of the enrollment fee, or
- The opportunity to enroll in an alternative class (if available).
Student Absence: No refunds will be issued for student absences from a class/course.
Class Changes: Cloudnixiass will make reasonable efforts to notify students in advance of any changes to class time or venue made by the teacher.
Payment Authorization: "As a merchant, Cloudnixiass shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the cardholder exceeding their preset credit limit agreed upon with their acquiring bank."
How are disputes between users handled on Cloudnixiass?
Cloudnixiass is a platform connecting teachers and students. While we strive to facilitate positive interactions, we are not responsible for disputes arising between parties regarding pricing or payment methods. We encourage users to communicate respectfully and resolve issues amicably.
Cloudnixiass shall not be held liable for any disputes between users. In the event of legal action, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation prior to pursuing litigation. The prevailing party in any legal proceeding shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
